Jenny Hunter Childs is currently a Research Psychologist at the U.S. Census Bureau who in her 13 years there, has spent most of her time leading questionnaire development work, experimental testing, and contributing to operational design considerations for the decennial census. Most recently, she has been engaged by statistical agency heads in a line of research on trust, privacy, confidentiality, and public opinion towards the statistical use of administrative records. Ms. Childs has authored more than 50 articles, book chapters and reports and has presented her work at more than 25 national and international research conferences. She has a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland.
