United Against Slavery is committed to being transparent and accountable for every dollar invested into our efforts, no matter how small or large our budget is. We know that there are only two ways to build an organization or project: through time or money. That means either our time and money or someone else's. We have utilized extensive time to develop United Against Slavery on a minimal budget as we continue efforts to become fully funded to support the launch of the large-scale National Outreach Survey and supplementing programs.

In addition to paying businesses who render services, we also paid trafficking survivors for their skills and contributions to complete some of our graphics design, research, and content written. No one in UAS leadership has received a salary for their involvement in the organization since its foundation was established in 2014. We spent several years to confirm the need for our frontline research and data collection, prior to getting established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2018. EIN #83-0856182.
