Ed Dudley is the founder and Managing Partner of L2P Financial Partners a financial services firm, Co-Founder of Dudley Alliance a consulting firm, Co-Founder of the nonprofit Shining Light in Darkness and founder of We Are Connect-ED a professional networking & business building collaborative.

With over 20 years of financial services experience, he has worked for some of the largest financial services companies in the country in various positions such as Regional Vice President for Evergreen Investments, Senior Vice President for Wells Fargo Advisors and Senior Vice President for FSC Securities.

He can be described as a servant leader, because he lives a live of servitude. One of Ed’s favorite bible quotes is “give and it shall be given unto you”, because he believes that through servitude you can not only assist others in realizing their dreams, but you will eventually realize your own.

Ed is very active in the community and serves on several nonprofit boards such as Board Vice President of SwingPals, Board member for United Against Slavery, Board member for Bridge 2 Sports and Co-Founder/Steering Committee member of 100 Men Who Give A Damn.

One of Ed’s greatest gifts is his ability to network, connect with people and then in turn connect individuals to other people, resources and opportunities.
