About Our Foundation Picture & It's Artist

Everything about this picture is significant and was concisely discussed prior to it being drawn and shows taking action to impact freedom, unity and accountability. The United Against Slavery Founder met with a long time friend, Nathan Cooper, and gave her vision of what she wanted the picture to encompass. Without knowing her request or current UAS efforts, he already had a preliminary vision of an eagle perched on a post but didn't know what it was to be used for. He has had a heart for anti-trafficking efforts and upon talking with Christi, he knew the vision would come together. This stunning picture is the perfect foundation piece that signifies the importance of unity, leadership and collaboration to impact freedom on a National scale and beyond.
Nathan has been an artist for most of his life. His inspiration comes from many different types of images and uses ink pens to create a lot of his masterpieces. He frequents Chick-fil-A to do his drawings and has attracted more word of mouth by the customers who love Chick-fil-A!
In his own words...
I was born and raised in east Tennessee where I currently live with my beautiful wife, 2 dogs and two cats. I have been an artist for nearly 20 years. I started drawing comic book characters when I was 13 years old; then, when I got out of high school, I went to college for graphic design at East Tennessee State University where I took art classes. However, I decided that graphic design was not for me. After leaving, I concentrated on more basic art styles such as pencil, charcoal, and ink pen. I only started getting serious with art work 4 years ago when I started taking commission pieces, tattoo designs, and other various projects. I am a big fan of science fiction, fantasy, spiritual warfare, and other things that the human eye does not see everyday in the world. In the future, I plan to try my hand at painting and possibly murals.
One of our desires with United Against Slavery is to engage the business community and individuals with different skill sets that can empower anti-trafficking leaders and trafficking survivors through their resources or skills. As part of those efforts, we want to highlight those business contributions by bringing awareness to companies who invest in various anti-trafficking organization's efforts. We know contributions are made because of a sincere desire to help make a difference but our hope is for others to support the companies or individuals that take a stand to impact change in the fight against trafficking. So, as first the business contributor to our United Against Slavery efforts, we invite you to take a look at Nathan's website (being updated) and consider ordering an inspiring and stunning picture with his amazing talent!
